Dr. Kenneth Brown, CEO and founder, is a former corporate executive, historian, entrepreneur, and educator. In addition to teaching in higher education institutions?ranging from research universities to community colleges ? KBC uses its experiences and training to increase awareness and encourage understanding in the areas of curriculum development, cultural competency, conflict resolution, team building, and leadership skills. He has initiated many projects that seek to increase a better understanding of the cultural, ethnic, and gender issues surrounding diversity awareness, often through the use of information technology. KBC?s expertise ensures that all web-based development and educational projects reflect our national diversity and work toward reducing the barriers faced by underrepresented populations and adult learners.
